well-kept gardens, spacious parking, sizable room

Rooms seem dark and cramped!!! Door handles are faulty, air conditioning inconsistent!!! Stained carpets and chipped paintwork diminish overall appeal!!! the layout is sprawling with inconvenient access points!!! Attention to detail is sorely lacking!!!

Had a blast with friends! Our stay included entry to two amazing spots at the Museum of Tropical Queensland. The pools were fantastic, and the grounds were well-kept. I'd recommend this place for a group getaway. Perfect location to explore the coastal city.

One thing to note, though, is that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

I really enjoyed the excellent food at the on-site restaurant, and the stunning views from the outdoor seating made it even better. The saltwater pool and sun loungers were perfect for lounging around and soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, the ironing board in my room had seen better days, but it didn't spoil my stay! ☀️

i recently stayed at mercure while celebrating an anniversary, and it exceeded all my expectations! the gardens really gave off those tropical vibes and created a lovely atmosphere. i also loved the attentiveness of the staff, especially during dinner when they ensured we had everything we needed promptly.

the air conditioning was too loud.
